Fulfillment & Refund Policy

This Fulfillment and Refund Policy explains how services are delivered, billed, canceled, and reviewed for refunds by M365inboxes ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Fulfillment

Service Processing Time

Inbox setup and fulfillment typically begin after successful payment. Most orders are completed within 48 hours. Larger or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Fulfillment includes inbox configuration, deliverability setup, and the initiation of ongoing maintenance processes.

2. Subscription Terms

All services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis and are billed per active inbox. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

3. Payment Agreement

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method. Subscriptions remain active and billable unless properly canceled.

A minimum 7-day advance notice is required for all cancellations to allow proper billing adjustments and to avoid service disruption.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide reliable and high-quality inbox services. If you experience an issue, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve it.

Due to the nature of digital and setup-based services, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

  • Incomplete inbox setup
  • Verified technical issues that remain unresolved after reasonable support efforts

Refunds will not be issued for matters outside our control, including third-party provider actions, suspensions, or policy enforcement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@m365inboxes.com with your account or order details and a description of the issue.

Review & Processing

All refund requests are reviewed by our team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription(s) by contacting us at support@m365inboxes.com.

All cancellations require a 7-day advance notice. Once received, we will confirm and process the cancellation accordingly.
