These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by M365inboxes ("we," "us," or "our"). By using or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
M365inboxes provides inbox provisioning, configuration, monitoring, technical support, and ongoing maintenance services. Services are offered on a subscription basis and may be modified or updated at any time to improve performance or reliability.
Use of our platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. These Terms replace any prior agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party policies.
All services are billed monthly per active inbox. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method. A minimum 7-day notice is required for cancellation to avoid additional billing.
To prevent unintended service interruptions, billing occurs on the first day of service, followed by an additional billing attempt on Day 25, and then on the same calendar day each subsequent month (or the closest possible date).
All content, branding, documentation, and materials provided by M365inboxes remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
M365inboxes does not control or guarantee actions taken by third-party providers such as Google. We are not responsible for inbox or domain suspensions, and no refunds will be issued for such actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M365inboxes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M365inboxes, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You may cancel your subscription through the client portal or by emailing support@m365inboxes.com. A 7-day advance notice is required for all cancellations.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
